50 g jäst<br />

2 msk skalat sesamfrö + filmjölk till pensling</p>
<p>Skölj bovetet och russinen i varmt vatten och sedan kallt vatten. Tillsätt linfrön och häll det varma vattnet över. Låt stå 5 timmar.</p>
<p>Blanda jäst med det ljumma vattnet och tillsätt kladdet från ovan, mjöl och kryddor till en fast deg. Forma avlånga bullar som läggs på plåt med papper. Låt jäsa övertäckta 30 min.<br />
Pensla med filmjölk och strö över sesamfrön. Grädda i 225 grader i 10-15 min, beroende på storlek.</p>
<p>Kummin är inte min favorit, så jag skippade det. Sen hade jag varken linfrö, sesamfrön eller filmjölk hemma, men det gick alldeles utmärkt ändå. De behöver inte penslas med något. Däremot var det gott med lite solrosfrön i&#8230;</p>

<p>Hacka spenaten/nässlorna, hasselnötterna och vitlöksklyftorna. Blanda det med allt det andra och lägg i små piroger. Pensla med uppvispat ägg. Grädda i 20-25 min i 200 grader. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">1. <span style="font-size:10pt;">Fräs riset och det första lökhacket i lite margarin.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2.<span style="font-size:10pt;"> Tillsätt saffran, paprikapulvret och russinen.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">3. <span style="font-size:10pt;">Häll i vattnet och grönsaksfonden (eller använd buljongtärning), koka under lock på svag värme i ca 20 minuter.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">4. <span style="font-size:10pt;">Rör ned knipplöken i riset, smaka av med salt.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">5. <span style="font-size:10pt;">Hetta upp lite margarin och fräs det andra lökhacket, vitlöken, chilin, brödkryddorna och tomaterna.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">6. <span style="font-size:10pt;">Häll i vattnet och grönsaksfonden (eller buljongtärning), koka ihop.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">7. <span style="font-size:10pt;">Tillsätt Quornbitarna och morötterna, sjud i ca 10 minuter.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">8. <span style="font-size:10pt;">Tillsätt paprikan och spenaten, sjud i ytterligare 2 minuter.</span></p>

50 g jäst<br />
3 tsk salt<br />
2 dl rågkross<br />
2,5 dl solrosfrö<br />
1,5 dl linfrö<br />

7 dl grovt rågmjöl<br />
8 dl vetemjöl<br />
Blanda alla ingredienserna i hushållsmaskinen och låt den arbeta ihop den till en smidig deg i ca 10-15 minuter. Smörj två brödformar på vardera 1,5 L. Klicka ut degen i formarna och platta till ytan med en oljad degspade. Låt degen jäsa övertäckt tills den kommit upp i formens överkant, ca 2-3 timmar. Grädda i 200 °C långt ner i ugnen ca 1 timme. Stjälp upp dem ur formarna på ett galler.<br />
Alltså! Det här brödet har jag inte hunnit baka själv än, men det var supergott när jag smakade det. Men det är visst ganska mycket sirap i det, som man eventuellt kan minska ner på. Det är ju bröd och inte en kaka&#8230;</p>
